The Lesstax2pay Model

Lesstax2pay was set up in 2005 with the first shop opening up in February 2006. It’s mission was to establish a network of 120 Lesstax2pay Accountancy shops nationwide offering a range of added value Accountancy Services to SMEs and sole practitioners.

To achieve this goal Lesstax2pay first had to perfect its lead generation and business model. To this end over £200k has been invested in testing many different sales and marketing strategies in order to find the right methods to grow the business.

This model is being continually refined but is now ready for release and it is the intention that every franchisee will:

• Operate from a high street shop location
• Be highly visible and superbly branded
• Effectively marketed to generate large numbers of leads
• Maximise fee income through added value services both front end and back end
• Concentrate on growing their practice without having to do the accounts themselves. These will be processed centrally.

No Previous Accountancy Experience Required
